Pavlova cake with boiled cream and fruits
Pavlova… who doesn't like Pavlova? With delicious boiled cream and lots of fruit!
Time to snack again. They quickly disappeared in my home…
Pour the dates with water.
Peel the mango, cut into smaller pieces, add water, sweetener, cook soft and blend. Put to cool.
Grind the oat flakes more finely.
Add 30g of boiled puree and dates to the oatmeal (before pouring out the water) and blend everything into a sticky mass.
Divide the dough evenly into cake tins (I got 6 by 47g) and make baskets. You can slightly moisten your hands (very little) to make it easier to shape.
Bake in the oven for ~ 15-20 minutes. Remove, cool.
Swell the gelatin in cold water. Then, dissolve in hot water and add the mango mass.
At the bottom of the baskets you can put some berries (for me on the raspberry). Fill the mango mass in baskets and freeze in the refrigerator.
