Berry dessert with grilled jam and milk-vanilla sauce

At a time when the sun is starting to warm up, more and more people want to think about how we will look on the beach. Therefore, let us think more and more about what we put in our mouths. But when eating such a dessert, you definitely don't have to worry about it :) We eat and lose weight!
Blackberries cooked with 50g of water and sweetener. Cool. You may not do it, but I wanted the main color of the cottage cheese cream - so pink.
Gelatin aplej with ~ 50g of cold water and leave to swell.
Alma fat, kefir, protein are added to the cottage cheese (it partly played the role of sweetener for me), cooled, boiled blackberries, sweetener, the remaining water - everything is smoothed together.
Stir in the curd mass of berries.
Melt the swollen gelatin in a hot water bath (or in a microwave oven for ~ 30sec, do not boil!).
Gelatin is mixed into the curd mass and poured into dishes, or in a larger container, place the cling film and pour the mass.
Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
Decorate and enjoy. (I with berry-blackcurrant sauce. Just cook the blackcurrants with some sweetener).

Hearty, spicy and infinitely delicious! I will definitely cook it over and over again! And there is so little kcal in it that it is not a sin to eat and enjoy it!
A little differently prepared chicken fillet will taste a little different, but definitely no less delicious - just great!
