Baked pear with Dorblue cheese, walnuts and honey
A bit unconventional, but delicious!
Aromatic and delicious Tarte with our own blackcurrants!
Pour boiling water over the dates and leave for 30-40 minutes to make them soft.
Add 20g of melted butter, cottage cheese and dates to the egg - all is smoothed into a homogeneous mass.
Add baking powder to the flour, mix and add the eggs - curd - to the date mass.
Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for ~1 hour.
Put the berries with sweetener in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to the water, stir and add to the berries. Stir and cook until the berries thicken. Remove, and cool down.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it in a tart form.
At the bottom of the tarte puts the boiled berry mass.
Blend 4 eggs with 350g of cottage cheese, milk, cornstarch, vanilla, sweetener.
Pour the berries on top.
Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 35 minutes.
