Lavash cheese cake with eggs
After Easter, many of us usually have a lot of eggs left. Where do they all be put? Make a delicious, hearty lavash cheese-egg cake. As usual: everything is simple and fast.
I often have ideas for cooking when I see a particular product in the store that catches my eye. This time it was a big, beautiful, pinkish yellow and almost ready mango.
Curd mixed with 1 egg and 1 egg white (1 yolk is put over grease), yogurt, vanilla, sweetener.
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
Spread the curd mass on the lavash, put mango and raspberries over it.
Roll out, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar.
Put in the oven for ~ 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
