Lentil waffles with sun-dried tomatoes and onion green feather

This recipe is for those who do not use eggs and dairy products - delicious waffles can also be baked without these products.

 200 g Red lentils
 50 g Scallions
 45 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil (tomatoes are dried from excess oil)
 30 g Butter
 10 g Ground flaxseeds (2 tsp.)
 40 g Water
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 ½ tsp. Salt
 Black peppers
  Dried garlic
Directions

Fill the red lentils with water and leave for 10-12 hours.

Rinse the lentils and put them in a food processor along with all the other ingredients (except scallions and tomatoes) and whisk them into a homogeneous mass.

Cut the scallions, dry the sun-dried tomatoes from excess oil and chop them.
Add to the dough. Mix everything.

Turn on and preheat the waffle maker. Put a spoonful of dough in a waffle pan and bake for ~ 5-7 minutes. I got 6 small waffles.
