
Tarte with chanterelles and Dor blue cheese
While you can find delicious chanterelles in the forest, I cook with them. This time in a tart.
Tom Kha soup in my way - with chanterelles and prawns that I particularly like. A wonderful combination of flavours!

Fry the chanterelles and onion in a little oil (3 g) in a pan.
Make the chicken broth in a pot.
Sagriež tomātu, čilli piparu un zaļumus. Sagatavo garneles.
Add thinly sliced ginger, lime peel, finely sliced chili pepper and curry powder to the broth in a pot. Cook for ~5 min.
Add the sugar and lime juice and stir.
Add the prawns and cut tomatoes. Allow to bubble gently for 3-4 min.
Add the coconut milk, stir, and bring to the desired temperature. At the very end, add the greens ( scallions, dill, parsley).
Serve with fresh coriander.
