 40 g Salads
 1 Ready avocado
 65 g Black beans (canned Bonduelle)
 100 g Blackberries
 50 g Blueberries
 50 g Raspberries
 5 g Spray extra virgin olive oil
 10 g Light balsamic sauce
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, inflate 5-6 puffs of extra virgin oil, add the seeds, pour in the balsamic sauce, mix and ready!
