 1 Lavash (120g, Prima Food, angular, or 120g from other lavash)
 4 Boiled eggs
 100 g Cheese A strong man or other lean cheese
 200 g Boiled carrots
 40 g Greens
 12 g Garlic
 1 Egg yolk (for greasing. Egg whites can be added to the filling)
 Salt, spices of your choice
 Seeds (for sprinkling)
Directions

Grate cheese, eggs, carrots. Chops the greens.

Mix everything and cover the mixed mass on lavash, roll up.

Smear with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake at 175 -180 degrees for ~ 20 minutes.
