 200 g Boiled carrots
 40 g Greens
 12 g Garlic
 1 Egg yolk (for greasing. Egg whites can be added to the filling)
 Salt, spices of your choice
 Seeds (for sprinkling)
Directions

Grate cheese, eggs, carrots. Chops the greens.
