Holiday snack. Another simple and delicious recipe, which requires only 4 ingredients.
50 g of protein mixed with 25 g of corn starch + sweetener and 300 g of water. Mix everything and heat with a "squeegee", stir, stir until the mass remains homogeneous, thick.
The mass is cooled and smeared between lavashes.
I also added chopped pistachios to the mass / cream, but I might not have done so (as a result of less Kcal) if I had taken strawberry protein - I had added fresh strawberries.

If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.
