 5 Mini lavash (round 5 x 20g)
 50 g Whey protein (any flavor - I had a pistachio flavor)
 50 g Pistachios (may be omitted)
 25 g Corn starch
 300 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice

50 g of protein mixed with 25 g of corn starch + sweetener and 300 g of water. Mix everything and heat with a "squeegee", stir, stir until the mass remains homogeneous, thick.

The mass is cooled and smeared between lavashes.

I also added chopped pistachios to the mass / cream, but I might not have done so (as a result of less Kcal) if I had taken strawberry protein - I had added fresh strawberries.
