Ingredients
 1 Lavash (120 gr, Prima Food, angular)
 400 g Mushrooms
 300 g Carrot
 220 g Onion
 85 g Scallions
 200 g Cheese Valio Profeel 5% or other skimmed cheese
 1 Egg yolk (you can do it calmly: I use it for "beauty" - to smear egg yolks). Egg whites can be added to the mass.
 Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Cut mushrooms, onions. Grate the carrots.

Lightly grease the pan with oil (I have spray oil) and heat it.

Put the mushrooms with onions and carrots in a pan and fry them. Cool.

Grate the cheese, chop the onions.

Add cheese and onions, salt and spices to the mushrooms and cover the mixed mass on lavash, roll.

Smear with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 175 -180 degrees for ~ 15-20 minutes.
