Breakfast khachapuri
Something incredibly simple and divinely delicious, because I love anything with cheese -:)
Good morning this morning! And it will be even better if you have breakfast with such a delicious porridge.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.
Put in a saucepan, add 150 g of water, salt and bring to a boil. When the pumpkin has become semi-soft, add corn grits and either extra water 150-180 g, look at the pumpkin as it is "juicy" itself, or almond milk. And stir boil ready.
Stir the sliced cheese into the finished porridge.
