Salad with egg, avocado and tuna
Another SUPER DELICIOUS variation for a delicious breakfast or snack.

Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with salt so that it melts.
Mushrooms, peppers, leeks are cut and fry / simmer in the pan, with a minimum of oil. Cool.
Grated tea.
Scrape the eggs thoroughly with spinach and kefir.
Zucchini squeezes the excess juice, add to the beaten eggs with spinach and kefir.
Add mushrooms, peppers and leeks.
Add flour, mix.
Put in the oven for ~ 50-60 minutes at 170 degrees.
