 1 Lavash (120g)
 1 Egg
 290 g Gailenes
 220 g Prepared chicken fillet (can also be smoked chicken breast)
 100 g Onion
 155 g Bell pepper
 100 g Cheese Strongman (or other flat cheese)
 150 g Natural yogurt
 50 g Adjika
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices
 Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Preparation

Cut chanterelles, onions, peppers, squeeze the garlic cloves and fry everything in a pan.

Cool slightly. Add the diced chicken fillet.

Mix yogurt with adjika and sprinkle lavash.

Grated cheese is added to chilled vegetables and chicken fillet, add egg whites and the mass is covered with smeared lavash.

Lavash satin and smeared with egg yolk.
