Tarte with salmon and broccoli
I cooked this delicacy in an hour.
Who doesn't love chanterelle sauce? Yes, and as long as the mushrooms are in the woods (or in my freezer) they will always be on my menu.
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with a minimum of oil.
Add chanterelles (larger cut into smaller pieces).
Add water and sauté in a pan under the lid ready.
Add cream cheese, milk power, spices, stir, heat but NOT overcooked.
Add chopped greens.
Serve with buckwheat noodles and fresh cabbage and beet (cooked) salad.
Ps Nutritional value per serving (1/4 part of the sauce) is calculated together with 50g buckwheat noodles and 150g beet - cabbage salad.
