 200 g Broccoli
 200 g Cauliflower
 200 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 170 g Processed cheese Amber (7,5%, or 100g grated 10% cheese, or Cheeseman)
 100 g Milk 2%
 50 g Greens
 20 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper

Cut / chop all the vegetables and sauté in the pan.

Eggs beaten with milk and melted cheese Dzintars.

When the vegetables are ready, pour the egg-milk-cheese mixture over them, put the lid on, cut off the lower temperature and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
