Lavash roll with cottage cheese and peaches

I saw big, beautiful, yellowish-pink peaches on the market. One, two and 30 minutes, the treat is ready.

Ingredients
 1 Whole grain or classic lavash (square, 120g)
 400 g Skimmed milk curd
 400 g Peaches
 100 g Natural yogurt
 1 Egg (you can do without it - I only use it for "beauty" to smear the surface of lavash with egg yolk)
 Sweetener, vanilla
Directions

Cottage cheese is mixed with egg white (yolk is greased), yogurt, vanilla, sweetener.

Peaches cut into small pieces.

Spread the curd mass on the lavash, put peaches over it. Roll up, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

Put in the oven for ~ 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
