 400 g Skimmed milk curd
 400 g Peaches
 100 g Natural yogurt

 Sweetener, vanilla

Cottage cheese is mixed with egg white (yolk is greased), yogurt, vanilla, sweetener.

Spread the curd mass on the lavash, put peaches over it. Roll up, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
