
Gluten free buns
Very soft and puffy. They contain neither gluten nor sugar
Lavash pie with fruit or berries is one of my most frequent treats because it's quick and easy to make and always works!

Cut the lavash into long strips and then into ~3 cm long pieces.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the curd, buttermilk and sweetener and beat until smooth.
Peel the apples and cut them into small strips.
Stir the apples into the egg-curd mixture.
Add the sliced lavash.
Mix all the ingredients, place the batter in the tin and bake in the oven at 170-175 °C for ~ 40 minutes.

The most delicious salad of my childhood. Then, of course, they were made with fat sour cream and without eggs.
