 60 g Lavash (1/2 of lava 120g)
 65 g Lightly salted trout (or any other fish)
 50 g Cream cheese (“Latgale” or “Philadelphia light” or “White” or you can make it yourself: freeze the kefir and then put it in a double gauze dish and drain into a colander for 6-12 hours)
 20 g Salads
 50 g Cucumbers
 Spices of your choice

Spread the cream cheese on the lavash halves, put the lettuce leaves on top, then cut the trout into pieces and grate the cucumbers on top.
