 100 g Couscous
 200 g Hot water
 285 g Canned corn
 100 g Green peas (I had frozen)
 90 g Sun dried tomatoes
 50 g Green feather onion
 Herb salt, various dried herbs, spices of your choice
Preparation

Sprinkle the couscous with hot water and leave to swell for 20 minutes. Cool.

Pour hot water over the frozen peas for 1 minute and thaw.

Couscous is added to green peas, corn, green onions, sun - dried tomatoes, salt.
