Tart with chanterelles and three cheeses
I was going through the fridge and found leftovers of three different cheeses. Well, let's make a tart with cheese and chanterelles.
Whole-grained lavashes and tortillas are appearing more and more on my menu - because time is often just as it is and then I have to think about what to do, what to eat, so that the feelings of hunger do not get caught in a sniper - :)

Grind the chicken fillet, chop the mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic and evaporate all the spices in a pan under the lid.
Add egg whites to the cooled mass (the yolk remains smeared) and mix.
Lavash is cut into ~ 10cm wide strips. Put the filling on one side of the strip and fold it into a triangle, which is smeared with egg yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven for ~ 10 - 15 minutes until the corners turn golden.
