Cake "Latvia"
Not only our own holiday, but also the anniversary of the rebirth of our beloved Latvia! And celebrate with a fantastically delicious cherry pie
One for two - a delicious, aromatic treat and you can go on a picnic outside the city!
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
Mix the curd (you can also blend it, but this time I wanted to feel the curd grains) with the egg white (leave the yolk for smearing), add the mango pieces.
Whole grain lavash is cut into 4 equal strips. On each corner put a curd - mango mass filling: folded into a triangle, smeared with egg yolk, sprinkled with nuts.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 12-15 minutes.
