 1 Boiled egg
 140 g Ripe avocado
 40 g Cheese 10% (or other lean cheese up to 18%)
 12 g Garlic
 10 g Dill
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt (or salt)

Grate the egg and cheese, mash the avocado.

Mix all the ingredients, put them on buns and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
