Persimmon time. Persimmons everywhere. Even lavash with cheese!

Grated cheese.
Lavash is cut in half.
On 1/2 lavash ber part of the cheese, on top of a sliced persimmon, again cheese, again persimmon.
Fold and fry in a pan under the lid.
