When there is a small piece of blue cheese left in the refrigerator and one sad pear in a fruit bowl - tops

Lavash is cut in half.
On 1/2 lavash ber part of the cheese, on top of a sliced persimmon, again cheese, again persimmon.
Fold and fry in a pan under the lid.
