Mango - raspberry dessert with chia seeds
A light, but at the same time hearty dessert with mango, raspberries and chia seeds will be useful for holidays or a long day!
Unless you know how delicious this is - disappeared almost immediately - :) And what's good in this hot weather - quick to cook!

First, prepare all the ingredients so that everything is at hand, because everything happens fast.
Cut onions and garlic. Cut cherry tomatoes, divide the broccoli into rosettes.
Sprinkle the couscous with boiling water and place on a plate to make the couscous swell.
Grind cumin (ideally if you have cumin) and chilli flakes in a coffee grinder.
The broccoli evaporates (I put it in the microwave for 5 minutes).
Heat a pan with 5g of oil and fry the onions and tomatoes in a pan. Add ground spices.
When the onions and tomatoes are fried, add the Turkish peas and corn (pour off the excess liquid beforehand). Stir for 2-3 minutes and add the coconut milk.
Add the curry paste and let it simmer.
Stir in the swollen couscous and steamed broccoli. Mix everything and leave the couscous to absorb the flavors and sauce.

A bit unconventional, but delicious!

Holidays are approaching and we can pamper ourselves with something fresh and delicious. Orange lemon curd cake - really refreshingly delicious!

I wanted to give myself a particularly beautiful and healthy cake. And it turned out adorable.
