 2.50 l Water
 500 g New cabbage
 420 g Salmon (weight fresh, skinned, net cooked - 300 g)
 300 g Sweet potato
 271 g Broccoli
 179 g Carrot
 178 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 107 g Onion
 50 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 15 g Garlic
 150 g Cream cheese “Baltais”
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, and other spices of your choice.
Directions

Pour water into the pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices and bring to a boil.

Add sliced salmon.

While the salmon is boiling, cut the cabbage, grate the carrots, cut the peppers and onions. Divide the broccoli into rosettes. Add vegetables other than broccoli to the pot.

Broccoli and cream cheese are added at the very end, cook for 10 minutes, add fresh herbs.
