Strawberry - apricot tarte
How I like summer, with its gifts - berries and fruits! Here are great berry-fruit tarts again.
Very, very tasty. Only 3 ingredients! And together with cheese and salmon – perfect!

Soak the quinoa for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
Rinse the quinoa, add clean water, salt, spices, and blend everything with a blender until smooth (~2 minutes). Chop the dill and add it to the batter.
Heat a 25 cm frying pan, grease it with a little oil, then pour in the batter. Using a spoon, carefully spread the mixture evenly across the base of the pan. Cook on both sides over a medium heat until done.
Place lettuce leaves, cheese, and salmon slices on the cooked pancake, roll it up, and enjoy.

Lightly airy meringue cupcakes filled with aromatic cranberries and soft mango.

I wanted to give myself a particularly beautiful and healthy cake. And it turned out adorable.

Blue mold cheese - I know, a matter of taste. I like it at times… Yes, fatty, but if it is used very little for taste and adding other products, the end result is quite good and kcal friendly.
