 80 g Corn grits
 80 g Whey protein (I had a vanilla-caramel-brulee flavor)
 Vanilla
 Sweetener (as needed)
Directions

In a bowl, mix the protein, corn grits.

Eggs beaten with rye meringue, add corn grits, protein and sweetener.

Mix everything and pour the dough into a form. Bake at 140 degrees ~ 50 - 60 min.
