 500 g Pumpkin
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 150 g Tomatoes
 50 g Pearl barley
 30 g Cheese Bresto light (or any other cheese 10-18 % )
 30 g Spinach
 Salt, spices of your choice

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a pan. Add water (~1 litre) and stew until almost ready, adjusting the water as needed.

Add the spices (I used sweet paprika, turmeric, dried (or fresh) garlic), tomatoes, melted cheese, and pearl barley and cook, stirring until the pearl barley is ready.

Finally, add the grated cheese, and spinach and heat, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes.
