
Zucchini crepes (gluten-free)
Healthy, delicious zucchini crepes (even those on a slimming diet can eat them -:)).
This dish could be called "Eat, enjoy and lose weight"! So delicious and at the same time healthy and very, very "dietary"!

Place the grated carrots, chopped onions, and garlic in a heated pan (lightly greased with oil). Sauté briefly, then add the minced meat, spices, and salt.
Cook everything in a pan under a lid until almost done.
Pievieno tomātus gabaliņos, sagrieztu svaigo kāpostu un adžiku. Visu samaisa, un sautē gatavu.
