Tarte with chanterelles and Dor blue cheese
While you can find delicious chanterelles in the forest, I cook with them. This time in a tart.
Pumpkin era, pumpkin era…
Stir and smooth the pumpkin.
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, erythritol, chopped walnuts and apricots).
Add oil, milk to the pumpkin, mix and add to the dry ingredients.
Put in shape and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 50 minutes.
Wanted and asked for another pour over sugar-free chocolate icing, but still refrained from having less kcal.
Enjoy your meal!

Perfect breakfast and why not - dinner too!
Great breakfast for a new start to the day! A simple recipe, but endlessly delicious.
When you get tired, the usual "standard" lunch (meat, side dishes, salads) gets tired to death. All this can be combined in a delicious, hearty salad and easily taken to work.
