Cooking chanterelles together with chicken fillet makes a delicious sauce! Toppings according to your taste and liking.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips. If the chanterelles are large, cut them too.
Cut the onion, and pepper and chop the garlic.
Fry the chicken fillet, onion, and garlic in a preheated, lightly oiled frying pan. Later, add the chopped peppers and pickled cucumbers.
After a while, add spices, cream and simmer for ~ 10 minutes. Add flour as needed (if you want to thicken the sauce).
I served with cauliflower-green pea puree.
