With healthy wholemeal flour, no sugar, no fat! Here's a delightful and delicious carrot-dried fruit fruitcake.
As a result of the experiment, delicious, filling cookies were made for me from the remaining pumpkin puree.

Add all the ingredients to the pumpkin puree.
By hand form small balls, put on a plate.
Press the "cross" on the surface with a fork.
Sprinkle the seeds on top.
Put in the oven for ~ 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
