Thin pancakes with vanilla pudding (without flour)
Did you know that pancakes can be baked without flour? Really incredibly delicious!
It could also be called Asian food, but what a difference, the main thing is that it is so delicious!
It is desirable to use small zucchini for the recipe. They are washed thoroughly and cut into rods (with the whole skin). Should not be cut too small / thin, as they will quickly break down when baking.
Pour the soy Teriyaki sauce into the bowl, squeeze and add the garlic, cornstarch, ginger, honey - and mix everything thoroughly.
Cut the chicken fillet (I marinated it the day before in adjika and mustard, so I no longer put spices, salt, pepper, but you can also use fresh and add salt and spices when frying) into small pieces and put them in a heated pan lightly smeared with oil ( 5g). The finished one is removed and set aside.
Grease the pan with oil (5g), heat, put the zucchini cut in it and fry quickly, stirring, so that they brown and remain a little softer (but do not break down).
Add the finished chicken fillet to the fried zucchini, stir fry a little and add the mixed soy sauce. Stir everything, fry a little more, sprinkle with sesame seeds and remove from the stove.

Convenient for both tortillas - in wraps and pies, as well as for salty cakes.
I haven't had such delicious waffles for a long time! And pay attention to the nutritional value - it's excellent!
Something was missing from my performance. Sometimes I get inspired by world-famous chefs and then I want to try to conjure something. Of course, in its healthiest interpretation.
