Prepare the pumpkin - either roast it in the oven or cut it into small pieces and microwave it for 5 minutes. Blend into a smooth paste.

Add the egg, cornstarch, sweetener and vanilla to the cooled pumpkin mass and mix.
Place a large spoonful of the curd in the middle of the tin, then spoon the pumpkin mixture directly on top, then spoon the curd mixture directly on top of the pumpkin mixture again. Repeat until both masses run out.
Place in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C and bake until ready.
