
Chicken fillet meatballs with couscous
It has been a long time since we usually have meat / fish, something from cereals and, of course, vegetables at lunch. I figured it all out and here's what came together.
Toast sandwiches with sweet pear, new "Bresto light" cheese and "Dor Blue" cheese. Everything as simple as can be.

Place the pear slices on two slices of bread, top with the two cheeses and place the other slice of bread on top.
Place both 'pairs' in a sandwich toaster and bake until ready.
