Pizza with chicken fillet and mushrooms

Ingredients for the base
 320 g Zucchini
 2 Eggs
 275 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Kefir
 15 g Kiploki
 70 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 ½ tsp. baking powder
Surface components
 30 g Adjika
 50 g Natural yogurt
 160 g Mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
 140 g Chicken fillet (minced or cut into small pieces, or any other meat, or instead of meat can put more lean cheese ~ 60g)
 141 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 146 g Carrot
 86 g Leek
 150 g 10% Cheese (or Cheese Man)
 Blue-veined cheese (or the same lean cheese or other good-melting cheese)
 Spices of your choice (don't forget to add salt to the zucchini!)
Directions

Grate the zucchini, add a little salt and set aside to melt. After min 15 of them squeeze the excess juice.

Whisk cottage cheese with eggs.

Zucchini is added to the egg - curd mass. Add spices, garlic, flour.

The mixed mass is applied to the baking tray to form a round shape of the base ~ 1 cm thick (30-32 cm).

Put in the oven and bake for ~ 40 minutes at 175 degrees.

Meanwhile, cut mushrooms, peppers, leeks, grate carrots, fry / sauté in a pan lightly smeared with oil. Then add a little water. Set aside to cool. If necessary, pour off excess liquid.

Fry / cook the chicken fillet. Add vegetables.

Grate the cheese and add to the cooled vegetables and chicken fillet. Add spices.

Mix yogurt with adjika.

Remove the almost finished base, spread with adjika-yoghurt mixture and cover with cheese. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 15 minutes.

Remove the sprinkled blue mold cheese and put it back in the oven for ~ 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese. Enjoy your meal!
