Meatballs with cheese, curd, vegetables and couscous

Incredibly tasty, soft and tender meatballs. An excellent source of protein.

 2 Eggs
 400 g Chicken fillet
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Lean cheese (up to 18%)
 412 g Zucchini
 76 g Carrot
 68 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 25 g Dill
 100 g Couscous
 250 g Water
 Salt, spices
Directions

Grind the chicken fillets.

Grate the zucchini, add a little salt, mix and set aside to drain.

Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion, garlic and dill.

Boil the water and pour over the couscous. Place a plate over the couscous and set aside to swell.

Squeeze the excess juice from the zucchini and add the chicken fillet, grated vegetables, eggs, swollen and cooled couscous and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Place in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C and bake for ~60 minutes.
