
Oatmeal porridge with natural yoghurt and raspberries
Another different morning porridge, but as always very, very tasty and filling!
I'm continuing my pumpkin food journey!

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam or roast in foil in the oven. I microwave it for 7-8 minutes (depending on the pumpkin's hardness).
Puree the cooked pumpkin in a blender and leave to cool.
Grind the oats finely and add cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the eggs to the pumpkin and mix. Add the raisins, chia seeds and oat flakes mixture.
Pour the batter into the tins, place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake until ready.
