We have a small but very beautiful mango, and I made a very delicious dessert out of it.

Pour the chia seeds with milk and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
Peel the mango, cut it into pieces, add starch and sweetener, mix and cook in the puree. Cool it down.
In a dish/glass, put layers of swollen chia with milk, then muesli, then mango puree. In the end, sprinkle with muesli.
