
Avocado, cottage cheese and tomato salad (spread)
Another delicious, simple and easy-to-prepare breakfast.
When I go somewhere away from home, I always take snacks that I have prepared in advance - a thermos with tea or coffee and, this time, brownie-like muffins.

Grate the zucchini and apple.
Add the egg, cocoa, oat flakes, and protein powder.
Mix everything and set aside for ~15 minutes to allow the dough to rise slightly.
Place the dough in one large baking tin, or divide it between five muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in milk (I do this in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between) and spread the glaze on the muffins!
