 360 g Chicken fillet
 250 g 15% cream
 150 g Whole wheat spaghetti
 200 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 150 g Tomatoes cherry
 30 g Scallions
 20 g Dill
 12 g Garlic
 10 g Extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and put them in a pan with heated oil (15 g). Add garlic, salt, pepper, and optional spices.

When the meat is slightly fried, add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Bake/sauté until ready.

Boil water and boil whole wheat spaghetti. Cook ready and drain the water.

Add cream, cooked spaghetti and greens to the meat in the pan. Heat for ~5 minutes - ready.
