 110 g Banana
 50 g Raspberries
 40 g Whole oat flakes
 50 g Water
 20 g Whey protein
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Blend all ingredients (except raspberries) with a blender.

Pour the mixture into silicone moulds.

Press raspberries on top and place in the oven at ~175 °C and bake for ~25 minutes.
