 4 Slices of wholegrain bread for toast (25 g/piece)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Berries (I used blueberries)
 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt (20 g)
Directions

Mix curd with yoghurt and sweetener.

Put half of the curd on one slice of bread, and press the berries on top.

Put another slice of bread on top and put them in the sandwich toaster for a few minutes.

Repeat the same with the other portion.
