 383 g Potatoes
 60 g Onion
 21 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for filling
 4 Eggs
 80 g Smoked chicken gyros (or any other meat, fish)
 Scallions

Grate the potatoes and set aside to drain. Squeeze out any excess juice.

Add finely chopped or grated onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.

Divide the dough into equal parts – I divide it into four (100 g each). You can also bake one large tart.

Form a basket and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.

Remove them from the oven, add 20 g of chopped chicken, giros, and scallions to each one, beat in an egg, and return them to the oven for about 15 minutes. I chose to add an extra 5 minutes for browning at the end.
