Porridge of barley grits with pumpkin, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
An interesting, filling and insanely delicious combination.
Did you know that potatoes are the number one product when it comes to the "index" of satiety? And with that, is it great to lose weight? And don't listen to the myth that if the goal is to lose weight, you have to give up potatoes.
Grate the potatoes and set aside to melt. Squeeze the remaining juice.
Add finely chopped or grated onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper.
Divide the dough into equal parts - I into four (100g each). You can also bake one large one.
Make a basket and bake at 175 degrees for ~ 30 - 35 minutes.
Remove, put in each 20g of chicken gyros, green onions, beat the egg and put back in the oven for ~ 15 minutes. I finally chose the "browning" option for another 5 minutes.

So simple and so delicious!
Only three ingredients - one for two and ready.
I did it! Probably, if not the most complicated cake in my design, then the most labor-intensive cake though. But it was definitely worth it!
