 2 Eggs
 366 g Zucchini
 120 g Cumin cheese 10%
 100 g Corn flour
 46 g Scallions
 10 g Dill
 17 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper

 262 g Tomatoes
 100 g Cheese 10%
 68 g Onion
 40 g Adjika "Pures"
Directions

Grate the zucchini on a grater, add a little salt and set aside to make the juice stand out.

Finely chop the tomatoes, grate the cumin cheese and finely chop the dill.

Squeeze the excess liquid from the zucchini. Add cheese, eggs, flour, salt, spices, crushed garlic and greens.

Put half of the dough in a pan lightly greased with oil. Bake at a very low temperature under the lid for ~12 min.

Turn to the other side, spread with adjika and spread half of the filling on top.

Put a lid on the pan and bake for ~15 minutes.

Put the other half of the dough on the pan and repeat the same steps.
