 300 g Cottage cheese "Lakšu pesto"
 100 g Cucumber
 100 g Radish
 100 g Ripe avocado
 20 g Dill
 Lemon juice, salt
Directions

Dice the cucumber, and avocado, grate the radishes and chop the dill. Add about a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients with the homemade cheese.

Eat it as a salad, or like me, put it on Wholemeal bread.
