Pizza with tuna, cherry tomatoes and Dor blue cheese
Everyone likes pizza. Simple in its preparation and very tasty!
For a long time, I wanted to make something like this to show once again that we can eat potatoes, and this does not harm our weight.
Peel the potatoes and cook until they are soft. Drain the excess water and grind/blend them into a porridge. Cool it.
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a pan with spices.
To the cooled potato porridge - add eggs, onion, flour, salt, pepper, and fried mushrooms at the end, and knead a homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Make scones - put 15 g of processed cheese in the middle of the puree. Repeat with all six scones.
Put a little oil in a pan and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
