 3 Slices 100% rye wholemeal toaster bread (3x20 g)
 125 g Fresh raspberries
 80 g Fresh cheese Ricotta Lago Maggiore 6%
 2 tsp. Liquid honey
Directions

First, toast the bread. You can do without it, but it's much tastier this way.

Spread 40 g of fresh cheese on each loaf. Top with fresh raspberries.

Drizzle with a teaspoon of honey (or maple leaf or agave syrup).
