Potato - minced pizza

Have you heard the myth that you should not eat potatoes when you lose weight? Probably be… And pizza is not allowed… And if Potato pizza? But I say yes, potato pizza to be! and with excellent nutritional value.

Ingredients for the base
 2 Eggs
 386 g Potatoes
 100 g Onion
 18 g Garlic
 100 g Carrot
 20 g Scallions
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for top
 200 g Minced turkey meat
 200 g Mushrooms (champignons)
 150 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 150 g Cheese 10% (lean, melting cheese)
 Dill
Instead of ketchup
 60 g Natural yoghurt (Skyr)
 20 g Adjika
Directions

Fry the minced meat, add the mushrooms, then the peppers. Add spices. Set aside to cool.

Grate the potatoes, set aside.

Press the excess juice over the potatoes. Add grated carrots, onions, finely chopped onions, garlic.

Add 2 eggs, salt, pepper, spices, mix and place on a tray, creating a pleasant pizza base shape.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 40 minutes.

Remove and spread with yoghurt-adjuvant mixture.

Arrange the minced meat-mushroom-pepper-cheese mixture on top.

Put back in the oven for ~ 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
