Braised sauerkraut with carrots, apple and chicken fillet
Christmas calls for braised sauerkraut.
An interesting, filling and insanely delicious combination.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and rinse the grits in hot water.
Place the pumpkin and grits in a saucepan, add 300 g of water and cook.
When the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until ready, stirring occasionally.
At the end, add the herbs, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and grated cheese.

Sometimes, you have to make do with what you find at home, in the refrigerator. And the result can be surprisingly good and super delicious!
Great, delicious and hearty salad. And easier than easy to cook.
