Porridge of barley grits with pumpkin, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes

 300 g Pumpkin
 60 g Barley grits
 380 g Water
 25 g Cheese "Džiuga"
 10 g Sun-dried tomatoes
 Salt, spices of your choice
Directions

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and rinse the grits in hot water.

Place the pumpkin and grits in a saucepan, add 300 g of water and cook.

When the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until ready, stirring occasionally.

At the end, add the herbs, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and grated cheese.
